Repaired out Water Filtration System, great guy to work with

5 stars deserved! Frank was on time and had gave me a clear understanding on what needed to be done to fix my problem. I needed a clean out in front of my house and Frank made it happen. He was able to do it in one day and performed clean work. Easy process, from beginning to the end. Thank you Frank.

Frank from OP Plumbing is awesome. I had another plumber come out three times to replace a shower cartridge causing a leaky shower head. A supervisor even came the second time. The leak never went away; one time the water did not get hot; the next time the cold was on the left, hot on the right) Never did the leak go away. After the third time, their rep said if this doesn't work we'll have to break through the stucco and replace the valve, but don't worry, we do good stucco work (no way would I trust them to do that if they can't fix a leak after three times.) So I called OP Plumbing. Frank worked around my availability. He communicated timely and when he arrived, he almost immediately identified the problem...a partially torn gasket on the shower cartridge (something the other company should have identified given they had three chances.) Frank was great at explaining how things worked and fixed my leak immediately. He even followed through to make sure things were working days later.
