Repaired out Water Filtration System, great guy to work with
5 stars deserved! Frank was on time and had gave me a clear understanding on what needed to be done to fix my problem. I needed a clean out in front of my house and Frank made it happen. He was able to do it in one day and performed clean work. Easy process, from beginning to the end. Thank you Frank.
Frank from OP Plumbing is awesome. I had another plumber come out three times to replace a shower cartridge causing a leaky shower head. A supervisor even came the second time. The leak never went away; one time the water did not get hot; the next time the cold was on the left, hot on the right) Never did the leak go away. After the third time, their rep said if this doesn't work we'll have to break through the stucco and replace the valve, but don't worry, we do good stucco work (no way would I trust them to do that if they can't fix a leak after three times.) So I called OP Plumbing. Frank worked around my availability. He communicated timely and when he arrived, he almost immediately identified the problem...a partially torn gasket on the shower cartridge (something the other company should have identified given they had three chances.) Frank was great at explaining how things worked and fixed my leak immediately. He even followed through to make sure things were working days later.
Frank is the upmost professional and can be relied upon to provide excellent service, quality repairs and installation services. He installed our new water heater on Saturday and the process was seamless. Thank you.

We had an issue with our kitchen drain having major issues! The house did not have a clean out plug built into the system at the kitchen source causing backup that would not open. Gave Frank a call thanks to a recommendation and was the best option hands down. Frank showed up within thr hour thankfully, assessed the problem and quickly went to work on the problem and cleared it right up! I had Frank from O.P Plumbing quote me on a new tankless water heater that I needed to replace a 30yr old water tank in the house I just bought and he was extremely knowledgeable on the product and explained everything to me as well as the rebates that came with it which was a plus. He has competitive pricing and the workmanship was next level. He was also able to accommodate various other plumbing issues I had come up with gas lines and rerouting external laundry plumbing back into the wall etc. I recommend O.P Plumbing for all your plumbing needs and I won't hesitate to call Frank in the future.

Frank responded immediately to my request to go check out an issue and to then give me an estimate. Frank is very professional and on time but the quality that surprised me the most in these days was his honesty!! He did not try to sell me unneeded repairs or add to my estimate. On the contrary, realizing the job was less intensive, he reduced my invoice immediately. Now that is honesty! The job was done in schedule and they left the place clean. Frank is very knowledgeable in his trade. This is my first time using his services and I will be a returning client for sure.

Frank made himself quickly available on a gas leak and had it re-piped within a day. Very responsive and reasonable on the estimate. Highly recommend.
